I had a decent stay, but there were definitely ups and downs. While the service was great and the location was pretty good, my room left a lot to be desired with its outdated decor. The breakfast experience was also marred by an obnoxious live performance. Overall, it didn't quite meet my expectations for an InterContinental hotel.
